Getting Started

Click the "Sign Up" button in the top navigation. Fill out the registration form with your name, email, and password. You'll receive a confirmation email to activate your account.

After logging in, click "List Your Property" in your dashboard. Fill out the property details including location, amenities, pricing, and availability. Submit for review and approval.

Browse available properties, select your dates, and click "Book Now". Complete the payment process and you'll receive a confirmation with property details and access instructions.

Account Issues

Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a link to reset your password.

Check your spam folder first. If you still haven't received it, click "Didn't receive confirmation instructions?" on the login page to resend.

Go to your dashboard and click "Edit Profile". You can update your personal information, contact details, and preferences.

Property Management

Property listings are typically reviewed within 24-48 hours. We verify property details, photos, and ensure compliance with our policies.

Go to your dashboard, find your property, and click "Edit". You can update photos, pricing, availability, and property details.

WildLease charges a 10% commission on successful bookings. This covers payment processing, customer support, and platform maintenance.

Reservations & Payments

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Cancellation policies vary by property. Check the property's cancellation policy before booking. Most properties offer full refunds for cancellations made 7+ days in advance.

Access instructions are provided in your booking confirmation email. Typically, you'll receive gate codes, key locations, or contact information 24 hours before your stay.
